Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, JMS Family Management. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining service quality, ensuring compliance with policies, handling guest concerns, and maximizing profitability. The AGM assists with budgeting, staff training, scheduling, and departmental coordination to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor financial performance, assist in budgeting, and control costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards.
Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and operational supplies.
Act as the GM in their absence
