About the Role

The Company is seeking 2-3 new Board Directors to join its pivotal and inspiring journey of organizational re-imagination. The successful candidates will be grounded in a personal faith journey in Jesus Christ, with a commitment to the values and mission of the organization. Essential criteria include experience in transformational organizational change, the ability to offer creative, strategic, and systemic thinking, and the capacity to operate in fiduciary, strategic, and generative modes. The Board is particularly in need of a strategic financial leader with international experience and a background in not-for-profit financial oversight. The role demands a high level of commitment, including the ability to travel and devote time to the responsibilities of a Board Director. The ideal candidates will be part of a diverse, global team, and will be expected to bring a high level of communication, bravery in decision-making, and a willingness to foster trusting partnerships with the executive and staff teams. The Board of Directors at the company is dedicated to the stewardship of the organization's purpose, vision, and values, and to holding the organization accountable for its performance. The role is not just about governance but also about being a part of a transformative process that puts the shareholders, the people served, at the center of all activities. The company is at a moment of significant change, and the new Board Directors will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization, ensuring that it remains a powerful force for the gospel and a leader in the INGO sector.
