Technician Carpet and Air Duct Job Summary
Assist in cleaning carpet, tile and air ducts with massive upsell opportunity for commissions and tips.

Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all carpet and air duct services the company offers.
  (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. This is a sales and cleaning position and can earn high commissions)
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic cleaning services.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Complete 2-3 jobs daily.
• Complete the technicians daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Upsell different services offered.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Restoration Technician Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
