Opportunity for EXPERIENCED full time CSTs to join our OR Team and float to the Surgery Center in Basalt when needed. Valley View Hospital is a Level III trauma center with 5 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Trauma. Offering Evening, Night and Weekend Differentials. Multiple shifts available: Working 3-12 hour shifts 0700 - 1930 (Full time) Working 4-10 hour shifts 0700 - 1730 (Full time) Working 2-12 hour shifts 0700-1930 (Part time) Rotating evening/weekend call. $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, Substantial Annual Bonus available! Certification with AST/NBSTSA programs required. Licensure with the State of Colorado (DORA) Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association 1 year experience is preferred. Available to workday/evening shift with rotating call schedule. SALARY RANGE $27.94 - $41.08/hour (Licensed Certified Surgical Tech) Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set

• 2.25 /hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• 4.00 /hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• 4.25 /hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
• 10,000 sign on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)

UP to a $15,000 Annual Retention bonus! -You will receive: $975/month paid on the second paycheck of the month, from January 2024-December 2024 Remaining annual retention bonus will be pro-rated based on your FTE and will be paid in January 2025. Must be employed at the time any of the above payments are made. (Must work a minimum of 1872 hours in 2024 to receive the full retention bonus).
