Job Details

Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the development of compelling campaigns and branding strategies in the health and wellness sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, exceptional storytelling skills, and a passion for health and wellness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand message resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy: Develop and implement innovative creative strategies that enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Brand Development: Oversee the evolution of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.

Content Creation: Drive the creation of high-quality content, including campaigns, promotional materials, and social media assets that communicate our core values and messaging.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to ensure our creative approach remains relevant and impactful.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align creative initiatives with overall business objectives and goals.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of current trends in health and wellness, as well as best practices in digital marketing.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools.
