Summary :

The successful candidate is responsible for creating high-quality visual content to support the efforts of the Professional Services department. This role will work closely with the Professional Services (PS) Marketing Specialist, PS Content Onboarding Specialist and PS Project Manager to develop and execute creative designs for a variety of projects, including website banner images, custom graphics, and email marketing campaigns for commercial dealerships. This is a customer-facing position and as the department grows, this position will also be required to manage a number of dealer accounts for our email marketing service, Communicator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with other members of the Professional Services team to understand project goals and requirements
● Design compelling monthly email marketing campaigns for Work Truck Solutions customers and maintain campaigns for multiple resends throughout the month
● Proactively communicate with customers via email and on the phone/in video meetings to determine needs (i.e. branding, timelines, vehicles/body types to advertise, copy, etc.), understand their target audience and marketing goals
○ Must be able to both listen to customer needs/concerns and make recommendations
● Perform regular reviews with customers to report results and identify opportunities for improvement
● Develop creative concepts and design solutions that are visually appealing and align with the commercial dealership’s brand and messaging
● Create banner images for websites, custom graphics for social media marketing, and design email marketing campaigns for commercial dealerships
● Work within established deadlines and project timelines
● Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive design trends and technologies
● Assist with other Professional Services tasks as needed

Qualifications:

● Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail
● Experience with email marketing platforms 
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Experience either working at, or directly with, car dealerships is preferred
