Job Description:

Constellation West is looking for a Junior Assessments candidate who will assist the government in the enterprise assessment oversight program. The team shall assist in defining, building, and executing assessment plans and schedules; developing result reports; providing input supporting trend analysis; recommending special focus items supporting assessment criteria; establishing feedback methods for after-actions reporting; and tracking assessment issues and resolutions. Assessment products will aid in root cause analysis, operational certification, risk assessment across the enterprise, sustainment, modernization, and acquisition efforts.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the following:

• Auditory, written, verbal communication skills interpreting national level directions, building operational level briefings, and leading discussions supporting COCOM level programs.
• Staffing products for review at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, and DOD OSD levels, including adjudicating comments and finalizing publication-ready documents.

Security Clearance:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
