Job Title:

Junior Business Analyst Job Duties:

Create business process flows, workflow diagrams, user documentation and training for WMS

Daily support to users, as needed

Recommend controls, operational improvements and best practices after studying and evaluating system and business processes and functions

Liaise between Business Process Owners, Implementation/Service Partners and Management

Active role in each phase of System Development Lifecycle; Planning, System Analyses, System Design, Development, Implementation, Integration, Testing and Operations and Maintenance.

Monitor project process by tracking milestones, phases, activities and publishing progress reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred

Minimum of three years' relevant experience, analyzing system requirements and providing documentation

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle ERP, Analysis

Good Written and Verbal Communication skills

Excellent Problem Solving

Troubleshooting and error isolation skills

Attention to Detail

Change Management

Time Management

Interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relationships
