All Pro Capital is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst who will play a key role in providing financial analysis, portfolio management, and underwriting support to a private equity commercial real estate investment company.

The ideal candidate is one who is a driven, critical thinker, who wants to make an influence with an entrepreneurial minded team.

Position Title: Junior Financial Analyst

Position Reports to : Senior Financial Analyst

Location : Colorado Springs, CO

Career Level : Mid-Level

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree required preferably in finance, accounting, or real estate
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with modeling commercial real estate projects
• 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Analysis or Finance
• Ability to use a variety of programs such as CRM software, market research (CoStar), and property management platforms
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles combined with business acumen

Preferred:

• Understanding of Private Placement Memorandums, equity structures, and waterfalls
• Prior experience with self-storage and multifamily development and acquisition underwriting and project management

Primary Operational Objectives : This position will require someone with noted attention to detail and the ability to synthesize multiple sources of data, both quantitative and qualitative, and leverage that information to create financial models that accurately portray the relevant risks and potential rewards of any given investment strategy. The analyst will work with a small team in the development of financial modeling of prospective projects, managing active projects, creation of investment memorandums and quarterly reports, due diligence management, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently. The financial analyst will report directly to the Senior Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate investment opportunities presented by platform partners as well as company-sourced opportunities
• Develop and maintain models to forecast commercial real estate property performance to aid in acquisition and management decisions
• Conduct financial analysis and market research on potential and current properties for acquisition, management, and disposition purposes
• Perform regular variance, profitability, and KPI analysis, and other ad hoc analyses as required
• Create investor-facing material, such as investing memorandums for new projects and quarterly updates on existing projects
• Review rent rolls, income and expense statements, lease documents, tax documents, tenant financials, appraisals and other third-party reports to determine the accuracy and incorporate into the model
• Review platform partner financial models and incorporate key information into the development of financial models
• Collaborate with platform partners
• Adhere to timelines as determined by platform partners, leadership, and company goals
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to leadership
