Are you a detail-oriented professional with great administrative skills and a passion for organization? Our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join thier team on a part-time basis. This role supports their managing attorney with various administrative and data management tasks.
- Hourly pay: $22.00 - $23.00 (based on experience)
- Flexible schedule: Start with 2-3 days per week during training, transitioning to a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities
- Organize supporting documents and exhibits for visa petitions in Microsoft Word.
- Scan, upload, and maintain visa petition records using Dropbox and OneDrive.
- Manage and update case files in legal databases.
Skills and Qualifications: - Fast Typing Speed - Required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook , and Google-based research.
- Experience with Dropbox, OneDrive, and Adobe .
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs
- Familiarity with immigration law is a plus, but not required -training will be provided.
