Operators who want to become part of the Johnson Controls team. Due to high demand, we are now hiring multiple
Operators at our Wichita, KS manufacturing facility for ALL shifts.

What You Will Do: - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3-6 months of operator experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and program machining equipment to produce required parts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move heavy steel materials (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Ability to stand, bend, stair climb, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Capability to work in various industrial conditions (e.g., noise, heat, etc.)
