Job Details Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, outside sales, and displays. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the engineering industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Manage and maintain a territory of clients and prospects
- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the company and its products
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales in the engineering industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
