As a Senior Manager of Global Reverse Logistics, you will be instrumental in refining and scaling our return processes, ensuring they are efficient, data-driven, and customer-centric. By integrating advanced systems and collaborating across teams, you will optimize operations to meet the unique demands of reverse logistics while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. What you will do: Reverse Logistics Optimization: Enhance return processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring seamless integration into the overall supply chain. Systems Development: Support the design and implementation of logistics systems tailored for reverse operations, addressing unique challenges like product refurbishment, quality checks, and restocking. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop robust metrics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and support strategic decision-making. Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure logistics tools and systems align with broader company objectives and enhance reverse logistics capabilities. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging data and industry best practices to address pain points and inefficiencies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to create a seamless end-to-end reverse logistics experience. Customer Experience Focus: Prioritize the customer experience in every initiative, ensuring returns and exchanges are handled efficiently and contribute to overall satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Reverse Logistics, Operations, Information Systems or equivalent field Demonstrated experience in optimizing logistics processes and systems for better efficiency and scalability Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and analytics tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical abilities combined with a practical approach to problem-solving. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
