Job Description

Perky Beans Coffee in Leander, TX is looking to hire a part-time Barista to work at our Coffee Shop. This part-time position earns a competitive wage, plus tips, with a total earning potential of $16-$18/hour . We provide fantastic perks, including weekly pay, opportunities for advancement, and a discounted meal each shift.

This part-time job has a flexible schedule with work hours between Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-8:00 PM, Saturday 6 AM-8:00 PM, and Sunday 7 AM-6 PM. Weekend availability is a must! While we may not always need every team member to work every weekend, having an open availability on weekends greatly enhances our ability to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Customer service experience & detail-oriented
• Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
• Current Food Handler Certificate & TABC
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a high-volume drive-thru position is a plus!

We are family-owned and operated, and since 2021, we've offered two concepts under one roof. Perky Beans Coffee is our complete coffeehouse with a drive-thru, offering a variety of delicious beverages as well as quick bites.
