CFO Technology
Accordion's CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.
Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally - alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion - to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team's business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.
As part of Accordion's CFO Technology practice, we specialize in implementing and optimizing NetSuite. We focus heavily on understanding our client's accounting and finance processes and tailoring NetSuite to enable business process improvements and value creation. Our NetSuite services include implementation, mergers and acquisitions, optimization/enhancement, customization, and technical integration.
This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions
Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionality
Participate and lead client workshops to define implementation strategy
Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team members
Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the 'go-to' resource on all project related inquiries
Travel to client site as needed
Ideally, You Have:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems
Minimum of 4+ years of Consulting experience
Minimum of 2.5 to 4+ years of NetSuite consulting experience
Demonstrated understanding and expertise of NetSuite data model/configuration and transaction flows in one or more of the following areas: Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-Report
Proficient in designing/developing NetSuite custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, and CSV import
Experience with SuiteBilling and/or Zone Billing is a plus
Experience working with Adaptive, Salesforce, and/or OpenAir is a plus
Experience with 3 or more full life cycle NetSuite implementations is a plus
Certification as a NetSuite Administrator
Strong Accounting/Finance knowledge
Experience in working with Revenue Recognition/ARM
Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong time management skills
Strong client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities
