Job Description

We are looking to hire a skilled front-end Webflow developer to build responsive, accessible websites for our clients across a variety of industries. Working together with our Design, Digital and Client teams, your responsibility will be to translate designs into sites with advanced animation, interaction and functionality. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of websites on Webflow
• Convert mockups and wireframes into working websites
• Maintain, update and troubleshoot websites
• Ensure compatibility across browsers, devices and operating systems
• Integrate accessibility best practices
• Manage and maintain domains
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends relevant to creating best-in-class web experiences

Requirements:

• Proficient in Webflow development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience integrating external libraries for advanced functionality
• Proficiency in Figma (advanced in prototyping and variables states a plus)
• Experience building digital design systems, responsive layouts, use of variable type
• Experience designing digitally for accessibility
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience in web animations, motion design with SVGs, Data visualizations a plus
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Experience building multilingual sites is not required, but helpful
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
